Laminate flooring is constructed in layers and stuck together through a lamination process. The main layer is made out of a high-density fibreboard, which makes the material much more rigid than vinyl.
It provides a practical and serviceable floor covering solution for a variety of areas in the home; it’s durable and easy to maintain, making it a popular choice of flooring for your home.
Laminate does require an expansion gap around the perimeter of the areas; this can be done by fitting the product under the skirting boards and using the skirting board itself to cover the expansion gap, or it can be done using a matching scotia moulding for a hassle-free, neat and tidy finish.
We have a variety of laminates to choose from (including herringbone designs); complete with all underlay options and matching accessories. With a variety of qualities, there are options for all projects.
